On July 26, the first return swap of CFETS-linked interbank carbon neutral bond index was traded by CICC and Guotai Junan. This is the first return swap trade of bond index made through CFETS.

The CFETS Interbank Carbon Neutral Bond Index was officially released on July 1, 2021 by China Foreign Exchange Trade System (CFETS) & National Interbank Funding Center (NIBFC). It consists of carbon neutral bonds listed and traded on the interbank market, providing market investors with performance comparison and investment reference.
