Huishang Bank Corporation Limited was successfully listed on the SEHK on November 12, 2013 by offering 2,613 million H shares at HK$3.53/ share, or 24.5% of the enlarged share capital and a total offering size of US$1.2 billion (pre-greenshoe). CICC acted as Joint Bookrunner and Joint Lead Manager.
