Kuaijishan Shaoxing Rice Wine Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Kuaijishan”) was successfully listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange on Aug. 25, 2014. In this IPO, Kuaijishan raised a total of RMB 443 MM by issuing 100 MM shares. CICC acted as Sponsor and Lead Manager in the transaction.
