Sinopec Marketing Co. (“Marketing Company”) successfully completed its restructuring and reform on March 6, 2015. The deal size is RMB 105.0 billion (including equivalent amount in USD), to subscribe for 29.58% equity interest in the Marketing Company. The transaction is the largest PE deal ever as well as the first SOE reform after the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, presenting as a landmark deal in the capital market.
