CICC Fund Management (CICC Fund) was established in February 2014 as a wholly owned subsidiary of CICC. Mutual fund management is a core focus of CICC's asset management business. As of June 2022, the company had RMB 500 million in registered capital.

Since its establishment, CICC Fund has been committed to serving clients’ wealth management needs and supporting the development of capital markets.

CICC Fund has a comprehensive product portfolio covering multiple assets, including money market instruments, bonds, stocks, mutual funds, derivatives, C-REITs, as well as multiple strategies, such as fundamental investing, active and passive quantitative investing, and long-short hedging. As of 30 June 2022, CICC Fund had a total AUM of RMB 96,722 million, with a mutual fund AUM of RMB 91,435 million.
