The British Chamber and China-Britain Business Council joined forces with AmCham China on 23 March to hold the China CSR Awards 2016. China International Capital Corporation won the Regional Outreach at the Awards.

Judged by a panel of experienced names in the CSR field, including Clare Pearson, chair of the British Chamber in China and international development director of DLA Piper, Carma Elliot CMG OBE, China director at the British Council, and Wang Liwei, CEO of the China Development Foundation, the Awards recognized companies that have made a contribution to creating a fairer society in China. 

13 companies received their awards with a further 10 receiving honorable mentions for their contributions to China’s social evolution.
