TI Cloud, China’s Largest Provider of Customer Contact Solutions Deployed in Public Clouds, Successfully Lands on HKEx

On June 30, 2022, TI Cloud Inc. (“TI Cloud” or the “Company”, 2167.HK) landed on the HKEx main board, raising US$71.3mm (pre-shoe)/US$81.9mm (over-allotment option fully exercised). CICC acted as Sole Sponsor, Lead Joint Global Coordinator, Joint Bookrunner, Settlement Agent and Stabilizing Manager in the transaction.

TI Cloud is the first HK IPO of customer contact solutions provider, China’s largest provider of customer contact solutions deployed in public clouds, and the only SaaS company that have achieved profitability for 7 consecutive years upon listing in Hong Kong market.

Established in 2006, the Company is China’s largest provider of customer contact solutions deployed in public clouds, measured by revenue in 2021. In 2021, it facilitated over 3.0 billion interactions in the form of voice calls, SMS messages and text chat between businesses and their customers across multiple channels, helping increase their clients’ productivity and efficiency.
