CICC Becomes the First Chinese Listing and Trading Member of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange
(15 December 2022, Beijing) China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC, 03908.HK, 601995.SH) today announced that China International Capital Corporation (UK) Limited (CICC UK) has joined the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE) as the first Chinese listing and trading member.
Xinhan Xia, CEO of CICC UK, said “We are extremely pleased to be the first Chinese firm to become a listing and trading member of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. It will enable us to better connect the capital markets and investors between China, Luxembourg and Europe. This is another key milestone in CICC’s ongoing journey of strengthening its presence in Europe and globally.”

CICC UK was established in 2009, it provides a central platform from which CICC facilitates cross-border investment and financing services for an increasing number of clients from Europe, the Middle East and Africa that do business with China and from China seeking cross-border investments in and financing from these regions.CICC UK is the first Chinese member of the London Stock Exchange and the SIX Swiss Exchange, as well as the first Chinese investment bank member of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
