Sinopharm Group Co. Ltd successfully completed its H-share follow-on offering on April 10th, 2013 and raised HK$4.08 billion, or equivalently US$530 million. The Offering was the largest non-public offering ever in the Chinese pharmaceutical sector and the second largest non-public offering in 2013 YTD in the H-share market of HKEx. CICC acted as Leading Joint Placing Agent and Settlement Agent.
