Freetech Road Recycling Technology (Holdings) Limited was successfully listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on June 26, 2013. Freetech issued 260 million shares at HKD 2.43/share on a pre-greenshoe basis, accounting for 25% of its enlarged share capital and raising a total of USD 81 million. CICC acted as Joint Bookrunner and Joint Lead Manager.
