Dalian Wanda Commercial Properties Co., LTD successfully completed the acquisition of controlling shares and subsequent tender offer towards HK-listed Hengli Commercial Properties Co., LTD on July 23, 2013. The deal consideration totaled to HKD 674 million. CICC acted as Sole Financial Advisor for Wanda Commercial Properties in the transaction.
