China CITIC Bank Co., Ltd. successfully completed its RMB 15 bn 2013 Financial Bond issuance (Phase I) on Nov. 7, 2013. The 5-year fixed rate product has a total size of RMB 15 bn, issued at a coupon rate of 5.20%. This deal is the first financial bond specially served for small- and micro-sized enterprises issued by CITIC Bank. CICC acted as Joint Lead Underwriter.
