Hunan Grain Group Co., Ltd. completed its RMB 428 million acquisition of Hunan Jinjian Cereals Industry Co., Ltd. in February, 2013 and Hunan Jinjian Cereals Industry Co., Ltd. completed its RMB 400 million A-share non-public offering on Nov. 27th, 2013. Through this transaction, Hunan Grain Group has successfully built a listed platform for financing and investing to better sustain its main business.
