China Cinda Asset Management Co. (“China Cinda”) was successfully listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on Dec 12, 2013 at the price of HKD 3.58/share. China Cinda issued 5.319 billion shares on a pre-greenshoe basis, accounting for 15.0% of its enlarged share capital and raised a total of USD2.456 billion; China Cinda issued 6.117 billion shares on a post-greenshoe basis, accounting for 16.9% of its enlarged share capital and raised a total of USD2.825 billion. CICC acted as Joint Bookrunner and Joint Lead Manager in the transaction.
