China Everbright Bank Co., Ltd. (“Everbright Bank”) was successfully listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on Dec. 20, 2013 at the price of HKD 3.98/share. Everbright Bank issued 6.24 billion shares after the greenshoe and raised a total of USD 3.2 billion. The deal was the largest IPO in Asia market (excl. Japan) in 2013 and the third largest IPO globally in 2013. CICC acted as Joint Global Coordinator, Joint Sponsor and Joint Bookrunner.
