China Merchants Bank Company Limited (“CMB, 3968HK / 600036SH”) closed its 2014 credit card mortgage-backed securitization (Phase I) and corporate credit-backed securitization (Phase II) on March 21st, 2014. The two issues were closed in parallel, with a size of RMB 8.1091 billion and RMB 7.2804 billion, respectively. CICC acted as Joint Lead Underwriter.
