China CNR Co., Ltd. (“CNR”) was successfully listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on May 22, 2014 at the price of HKD 5.17/share. CNR issued 1.82 billion shares on a pre-greenshoe basis, accounting for 15.0% of its enlarged share capital and raised a total of USD 1.21 billion; it issued 2.09 billion shares on a post-greenshoe basis, accounting for 16.9% of its enlarged share capital and raised a total of USD 1.40 billion. CICC acted as Joint Sponsor, Joint Global Coordinator, Joint Bookrunner and Joint Lead Manager.
