China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (“CSIC”) has closed its MTNs issuances on May 12th 2014, with total size of RMB 6.8 billion. The RMB 6.8 billion 3-year MTNs offering has a fixed coupon rate of 5.35%. Both the issuer and the MTNs are AAA rated. CICC acted as Joint Lead Manager.
