Hanhua Financial Holding Co., Ltd (“Hanhua”) was successfully listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on June 19, 2014 at the price of HKD 1.62/share. Hanhua issued 1.15 billion shares on a pre-greenshoe basis, accounting for 25.11% of its enlarged share capital and raised a total of USD 240.3 million; it issued 1.23 billion shares on a post-greenshoe basis, accounting for 26.39% of its enlarged share capital and raised a total of USD 257.0 million. CICC acted as Joint Sponsor, Joint Global Coordinator, Joint Bookrunner, Joint Lead Manager, IPO Settlement Agent and Stabilizer.
