Tian Ge Interactive Holdings Limited (“Tian Ge Interactive”) was successfully listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on Jul 9th, 2014 at the price of HKD 5.28 per share (“the offering”). It issued 304,267,000 new shares (25.00% of its enlarged capital), raising total proceeds of HKD 1,607 million (~USD 207 million) (assuming without exercising the Over-allotment Option) or 349,907,000 new shares (27.71% of its enlarged capital), raising total proceeds of HKD 1,848 million (~USD 238 million) (assuming exercising all the Over-allotment Option). CICC acted as Joint Sponsors, Joint Global Coordinators, Joint Bookrunners, Joint Lead Managers and Stabilizing Manager in the transaction.
