China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings Limited (“CALC”) was successfully listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on Jul 11, 2014. CALC offered 131,800,000 shares or 22.5% of its enlarged capital at the price of HKD 5.53 per share, raising total proceeds of USD 94 million. CICC acted as Joint Global Coordinator, Joint Bookrunner and Joint Lead Manager in the transaction.
