Cosmo Lady (China) Holdings Company Ltd (“Cosmo Lady”) was successfully listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on June 26, 2014 at the price of HKD 3.60/share. Cosmo Lady issued 406 million new shares, accounting for 21.3% of its enlarged share capital and raised a total of USD 189 million. CICC acted as Joint Sponsor, Joint Global Coordinator, Joint Bookrunner, and Joint Lead Manager.
