Shanghai La Chapelle Fashion Co., Ltd. (“La Chapelle”) was successfully listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on Oct 9, 2014 at the price of HK$ 13.98/share. La Chapelle issued approximately 121 million shares on a pre-greenshoe basis, accounting for 25.00% of its enlarged share capital and raised a total of approximately US$ 219 million; it issued approximately 139 million shares on a post-greenshoe basis, accounting for 27.54% of its enlarged share capital and raised a total of approximately US$ 250 million. CICC acts as the Sole Sponsor, Joint Global Coordinators, Joint Bookrunners, Settlement Agent, and Stabilization Manager in this deal.
