On Dec 23, 2014, Dalian Wanda Commercial Properties Co. Ltd. (“Wanda Commercial Properties”) completed its H-share IPO by successfully listing on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (“SEHK”) under the trading stock code 3699. The basic offering size is 600mn shares (100% primary shares, as 13.41% of the enlarged share capital), with over-allotment option no more than 15% of the basic offering. The offering price is at HKD 48.0, with price range at between HKD 41.8~49.6/share. The offering size is approximately USD 3.72bn excluding over-allotment and approximately USD 4.27bn including over-allotment. The transaction is the largest real estate IPO in global history and the largest IPO at SEHK in 2014. In the transaction, CICC was acting as Joint Sponsor, Joint Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner and assuming leading positions in all the quoted roles.
