Yangtze Optical Fibre and Cable Joint Stock Limited Company  was successfully listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at an offering price of HKD 7.39 per H Share on December 10th, 2014. A total number of approximately 160 million shares were offered, accounting for 25.0% of the enlarged share capital. Total proceeds of USD 152 million were raised. CICC acted as Joint Sponsor, Joint Global Coordinator, Joint Bookrunner and Joint Lead Manager in this transaction.
