The Post-Merger New Company renamed CRRC Corporation Limited (“CRRC”, 601766.SH/1766.HK), and resumed trading on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on June 8, 2015. The size of the transaction is US$ 15.6 billion (calculated by share price at announcement) and US$ 60.6 billion (calculated by share price prior to the share exchange). CRRC, the Post-Merger New Company, has become the one with the largest market cap in the rolling stock manufacturing industry. CICC acted as Lead Financial Advisor at home and aboard.
