(Beijing, China, March 15, 2016) China International Capital Corporation Limited (“CICC”) announced today that Mr. Guoqing Song, Professor of Economics with the PKU National School of Development (NSD), has been appointed the Senior Macroeconomic Consultant of CICC.

Mr. Song is a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at University of Chicago. His research areas include macroeconomics, financial economics and financial analysis. Mr. Song was a member of the Monetary Policy Committee of the People's Bank of China from 2012 to 2015.

The mission of the Research Department of CICC is to provide domestic and overseas clients with the most forward-looking investment analysis, derived from rigorous and independent professional research on a global platform.
