ZhongAn Online P&C Insurance Co., Ltd. (ZhongAn Online) has been successfully listed in Hong Kong on 28 Sep 2017（stock code: 6060.HK）. The deal raised around USD 1.52 billion pre-over allotment. CICC acted as Joint Bookrunner and Joint Lead Manager.

Co-established by Internet and insurance giants Ant Financial Service, Tencent and PingAn in 2013, ZhongAn Online is a leader in China’s insurance technology industry and a forerunner among the only four pure play Internet insurance companies in China. ZhongAn Online has been an innovative and rapidly expanding force in the ecosystem-oriented insurance technology market with its innovative and scalable business model and strong technical capability.

The transaction is the first major FinTech listing in Hong Kong. Along with the sponsors, CICC fully participated during the listing preparation of ZhongAn Online, including cornerstone investment. Over 100 investors placed orders through CICC, which contributed to the successful issuance of ZhongAn Online.
