On April 11, 2018, Deputy Secretary of the Tianjin Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and Mayor of the city, Zhang Guoqing, met with the delegation of CICC led by Bi Mingjian, acting Board Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Management Committee of CICC. Mr. Zhang welcomed a positive participation by CICC in Tianjin’s SOE mixed-ownership reform and industrial transformation and upgrade. He also hoped the both sides would deepen cooperation in fields of artificial intelligence, bio-medicine, new energy and new material, etc., achieving mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.
