The board of directors of China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC or the “Company”) announced on August 2 that the Company had obtained the First Class OTC Option Dealer Qualification.

CICC said in a voluntary announcement that the Company recently received a Letter of No Objection to the Application of China International Capital Corporation Limited for First Class OTC Option Dealer Qualification from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), according to which the CSRC confirmed no objection to the Company’s application for First Class OTC Option Dealer Qualification.

CICC has been carrying out OTC option dealing business since 2013 in full compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements.
