World’s Largest Digital Freight Platform — FTA Landed on NYSE
On June 22, 2021, Full Truck Alliance Co. Ltd. (“the Company” or “FTA”, NYSE: YMM), the world’s largest digital freight platform, was officially listed on NYSE. Including US$200 million concurrent private placement (CPP), FTA has raised a in total US$1,768 million (before-greenshoe)/ $2,003 million (post-greenshoe, if fully exercised), making it the largest U.S. IPO of a Chinese company for 2021 year-to-date. CICC acted as a joint bookrunner (JBR) for this deal.

In March 2021, approximately 1.4 million shippers posted shipping orders on the FTA platform. As smart phones and mobile Internet have been fully popularized, the company has pioneered a digital, standardized and smart logistics infrastructure across the value chain of the road transportation industry. In 2020, FTA facilitated 71.7 million fulfilled orders with GTV of RMB173.8 billion, and over 2.8 million truckers fulfilled shipping orders on the platform. In the first quarter of 2021, FTA facilitated 22.1 million fulfilled orders with GTV of RMB51.5 billion (US$7.9 billion), representing 170.2% and 108.0% year-over-year growth, respectively.
Through establishing nationwide infrastructure and industry standards that promote transparency, trust and efficiency across the logistics industry, FTA platform connects shippers with truckers to facilitate shipments across distance ranges, cargo weights and types, transforming the road transportation industry in China.
