Subsequent to the typhoon in Hong Kong, severe pollution was caused by beach garbage. These wastes not only resulted in the destruction of ecological environment, but also imposed a negative impact on the aesthetic image of the city. The staff members of the CICC Hong Kong Office voluntarily organized a beach cleaning activity in Hong Kong on October 30 in an attempt to beautify the environment of Hong Kong.

This activity aims to contribute to CICC’s commitment to promoting sustainable development and assuming corporate social responsibility. In addition, it helps to enhance employees’ awareness of green development and environmental protection, to deepen their understanding of serving the community, and to strengthen their capabilities of teamwork and cohesion of the Company.
