In July 2021, subsequent to the torrential rain in Henan Province, CICC and CICC Charity Foundation promptly responded to the catastrophe and donated funds to support efforts of flood control, disaster relief and post-disaster reconstruction in the Henan Province.

In addition, CICC’s employees took a proactive part in the targeted fund-raising activity for Henan carried out by the CICC Charity Foundation. The funds raised were used to procure water suction pumps, cables, square nose shovels, cotton tents, generator sets, disinfection and sterilization products as well as other disaster relief materials. These materials were donated to the Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters of the Xun County of Hebi City, Henan Province to assist the local people of Xun County with their efforts of disaster relief.
